JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Technical Support Analyst Grad at CSG, you will be part of the Analysis and Support team, working to keep CSG’s products and applications running smoothly. You will get hands-on experience in troubleshooting software issues, monitoring systems, assisting with deployments, and supporting customers and internal engineering teams. This is a great entry-level opportunity to learn real-world technical support in a global product company.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates who have a basic understanding of software, databases, and scripting, and are eager to grow in a technical support or operations environment. If you are comfortable working in a structured shift schedule, enjoy problem-solving, and want to work closely with both engineering and customer-facing teams, this role is a solid fit for you.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and debug CSG products to identify and resolve application issues
• Perform basic code fixes and support defect resolution activities
• Assist with software deployments and build activities using Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines
• Monitor systems and actively identify issues before they escalate
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring or critical system problems
• Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to maintain system logs and documentation
• Participate in rotational on-call support for critical production incidents
• Perform basic system administration tasks using Linux/Unix shell scripting

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Basic knowledge of Python and/or Shell Scripting
• Familiarity with relational databases such as SQL or PL/SQL
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Azure DevOps
• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Ability to work in a split shift schedule as per business needs

QUALIFICATIONS / PREFERRED SKILLS

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 0.5 to 1 year of experience in application support, software development, or technical operations
• Exposure to Linux/Unix environments and command-line operations
• Familiarity with system monitoring and log management practices
• Freshers with relevant internship or project experience are welcome to apply

• Work location: India (Remote)
• Work mode: Remote / Work from Home (Hybrid option also available per company policy)
• Shift timings: Split shift — 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM IST and 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST
• On-call support: Rotational on-call duty for production incidents is required
