Job Overview

Management trainees receive training that prepares them to rise to management positions within a business. They collaborate closely with senior workers to develop procedures and gain the information needed to run a business smoothly. Management Trainees may be asked to give presentations and conduct reviews.

We are looking for a trustworthy, structured Management Trainee to join our team. The management trainee’s responsibilities include completing all assigned tasks, which may include performing duties in various departments, learning about operations, learning how to deal with conflicts, attending meetings and workshops, traveling to other offices, providing support and suggestions for improvement, updating records, and creating documentation. You should also be capable of completing any relevant evaluations.

Key job responsibilities

• Monitor requests, provide support and respond to queries from our customers in an accurate and timely manner.
• Ability to adapt to new technology and work on multiple applications.
• Timely management of ticket resolution.
• Good knowledge in Trouble shooting preferably Supply chain Management application support.
• Work with multiple teams(in different time zone) for issue resolution.
• Maintaining our high standards for customer communication and response times
• Engaging in training opportunities on our products and key technical areas
• Identifying documentation requirements in our knowledge base
• SQL knowledge required for building queries

Minimum Qualifications 

• Batchelor degree in Computer Science.

•  Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and customers effectively.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a 24×7 fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Working Window: Mandatory readiness to work during US hours of operations i.e. Evening/ Night shifts (India time) with rotational week offs
• Relevant experience with international IB/ OB Voice process
• Mandatory experience in Training and/ or Quality function as Process Trainer and/ or Quality Auditor
