Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join us as HR Recruiter Interns. This role provides hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate management, and hiring operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and online communities
• Screen resumes based on job requirements
• Conduct initial screening calls and assessments
• Coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams
• Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline
• Track candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely follow-ups

Eligibility Criteria

• Students or recent graduates interested in HR, recruitment, or operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes (preferred but not mandatory)
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
