Job Overview

​We are looking for a competitive, innovative, and driven individual to join our Customer Success Team as a Customer Success Associate upon successfully completing our traineeship program. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams—including Customer Success, Product, and Engineering—to transform insights into impactful product features and solutions.

We invite applications exclusively from freshers who will be completing their graduation/post graduation in 2026, irrespective of their specialization. If you are patient and comfortable explaining things to international clients, are curious about how software works, eager to learn and adapt, and ready to take on challenges with a proactive and innovative mindset, you are the perfect fit for our team.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Learn our platform Recruit CRM and understand the recruitment business.
• Answer client queries via chat, email and video calls to gain experience.
• Help users understand how to use features and suggest workarounds .
• Uphold communication guidelines and procedures.
• Build and nurture client relationships.
• Continuously strive for exceptional service delivery.

Skills & Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in computer science.
• Skills: Exceptional communication, empathy, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Intercom) and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Education: Typically a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science.
