Renault Group is hiring fresh engineering graduates from the 2026 batch for opportunities at its Mahindra World City, Chennai location. Eligibility Criteria
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech from a recognized institution.
- Graduation Year: 2026 pass-outs only.
- Academic Requirement: Minimum 80% aggregate in 10th, 12th and Graduation.
- Backlogs/Arrears: Candidates must have no history of arrears/backlogs throughout the course.
- Candidates should have good analytical, technical and problem-solving abilities.
- Candidates should be willing to work from Mahindra World City, Chennai.

- Analyzing technical requirements, engineering data and project specifications.
- Supporting troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of technical issues.
- Working with cross-functional engineering teams to meet project objectives.
- Applying engineering concepts and technical knowledge to real-world automotive problems.
- Maintaining technical documentation, reports and project-related records.
- Learning and working with modern automotive technologies, tools and processes.
- Following company standards, quality requirements and safety procedures.
- Contributing to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
