Job Description :
To create and execute quality-check processes for our goods, we are seeking a qualified test engineer. In your role as a test engineer, you will be in charge of establishing specific quality checks, designing test parameters, analyzing product features, and putting up final test procedures for the quality specialists.
Test engineers are in charge of creating and carrying out the tests that guarantee a product’s functionality and quality. They participate at every stage of the testing program, including creating the final test procedures, debugging issues, and developing the test parameters.
Roles & Responsibilities
- develop, implement, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression and performance testing of banking applications
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage
- execute automated test suites and analyze results to identify defects and areas for improvements
- work closely with developers and other stakeholders to enhance test automation frameworks
- participate in test planning, estimation, and strategy sessions to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software
- report bugs and effectively work closely with developers in the bug resolution
Your expertise
- proven experience as test automation engineer, preferably in the banking or financial industry
- extensive experience with automation testing tools like Selenium, Appium or similar
- working knowledge of API testing, and experience with tools for API testing, performance testing ,database testing and mobile testing
- expertise in designing and implementing automation frameworks (e.g., BDD, TestNG etc.) for both GUI and API automation
- strong understanding of continuous integration/continuous development(CI/CD) pipelines
- in-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices
- excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- understanding of working in Azure
