Job Overview

Roles and Responsibilities
Solution Development & Engineering Support
- Assist in designing and developing solutions based on project and client requirements.
- Work with engineering and software tools to create models, prototypes, and technical solutions.
- Support testing activities to ensure designs and solutions meet quality and performance standards.
- Analyze system performance and recommend improvements where necessary.
- Help implement enhancements and updates to existing applications and systems.
- Follow established processes and industry best practices while executing assigned tasks.
Customer Support & Issue Resolution
- Respond to customer queries and support requests in a timely manner.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues reported by clients or internal teams.
- Assist in software verification and quality assurance activities.
- Support deployment activities and gather user feedback to improve service quality.
- Ensure customer concerns are addressed efficiently while maintaining service standards.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain project-related documentation and records.
- Generate weekly and monthly status reports as required.
- Track project activities and maintain accurate timesheets.
- Document design changes, recommendations, and knowledge-transfer materials.
- Ensure all reports and deliverables are submitted within specified timelines.
Quality & Compliance
- Adhere to project schedules and delivery commitments.
- Maintain high-quality standards in all assigned tasks.
- Support compliance with organizational processes and industry requirements.
