JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a passionate AI/ML Fresher to join our team. The candidate will assist in developing, training, and deploying machine learning models, analyzing data, and supporting AI-driven solutions. Strong knowledge of Python, Machine Learning fundamentals, Data Structures, Statistics, and libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn is preferred. Candidates with academic projects or certifications in AI/ML are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in Model Development: Help design, train, and fine-tune machine learning and deep learning models under supervision.
- Data Preparation: Clean, process, and transform raw datasets to build reliable data pipelines.
- Testing & Experimentation: Run localized experiments, evaluate accuracy metrics, and document performance results.
- Code Maintenance: Write clean, modular, and efficient code primarily in Python.
- Collaboration: Work alongside senior data scientists, backend developers, and product teams to integrate AI features.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with emerging AI tools, framework updates, and foundational LLM/RAG architectures.
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, IT, or related fields.
Required Qualifications
- Programming: Solid foundational knowledge of Python.
- Libraries & Frameworks: Familiarity with basic ML libraries like Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, and introductory knowledge of TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Core Concepts: Understanding of basic machine learning algorithms, linear algebra, probability, and statistics.
- Tools: Basic familiarity with Git/GitHub and command-line interfaces.
