Job Description :

Assisting with system configuration, data migration, and testing under supervision, a trainee consultant for QAD (an ERP program for manufacturing) helps customer installs. They frequently assist with end-user assistance and troubleshooting by concentrating on modules like Finance, Supply Chain, or Production. Strong analytical abilities and a desire to master ERP systems are prerequisites for this entry-level position.

Job Responsibilities

• System Configuration: Assist in configuring QAD ERP modules to match client business processes.
• Data Migration: Support the mapping and transfer of data from legacy systems to QAD.
• Testing & Support: Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide post-go-live support to end-users.
• Process Analysis: Help analyze client business operations and identify areas for improvement.
• Documentation: Create user manuals and project documentation. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 0-1 Year Experience
• Excellent English writing skills with expertise in grammar.
• Ability to understand the RFX response quickly to finetune/refine the content.
• Good communication and pro-activeness.
• Effective team player.
