JOB DESCRIPTION

This is an exciting entry-level opportunity with Deloitte’s Strategy & Transactions (S&T) team, specifically within the Technology Strategy & AI Strategy practice. As a Strategy Consultant, you will work closely with senior consultants and client leadership teams to help businesses make smart, data-driven decisions on where to invest in AI and how to integrate technology into their core strategy. Your day-to-day work will include conducting market research, building business cases, developing AI strategy frameworks, preparing presentations and reports, and contributing to transformation projects across industries like BFSI, retail, manufacturing, and more.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research and analyse AI trends, market developments, and competitor strategies for client projects
• Support senior consultants in developing AI and technology strategy recommendations for clients
• Build structured presentations, reports, and business case documents for C-suite stakeholders
• Assist in designing enterprise AI roadmaps and digital transformation strategies for clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across strategy, technology, and operations domains
• Contribute to proposals, thought leadership content, and client workshops
• Gather and interpret data to support strategic decision-making and hypothesis development
• Participate in client meetings, take notes, and help document findings and action items

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with data and insights
• Good understanding of AI/ML concepts and how they apply to business strategy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel for creating reports and analysis
• Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment and manage multiple tasks

QUALIFICATIONS / PREFERRED SKILLS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields

• Exposure to tools like Tableau, Power BI, or data analytics platforms is an advantage
