We are looking for a dependable, committed team member to join our expanding business. The team member’s duties include completing all assignments given by the manager or team leader, cooperating with other team members, according to corporate policies, and always acting as a positive brand representative. Additionally, you should be able to properly escalate problems and communicate at all levels.

To guaranty that organizational objectives are fulfilled, team members collaborate with one another and under the direction of team leaders. They work in almost every industry, and their responsibilities change based on the business’s area of expertise.

Responsibilities

• Executing all tasks assigned by the team leader or manager diligently, on schedule, and to the highest standard.
• Working with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Participating in meetings and voicing concerns as well as suggestions for improvement.
• Answering or escalating concerns and queries from clients or other stakeholders.
• Completing a range of administrative tasks.
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism while representing the company.
• Expanding your skills by attending workshops and training sessions.
• Effectively managing your time by prioritizing urgent tasks.
• Assisting the manager or leam Leader as required.

Requirements

• Candidate should have 0 to 1 year of experience in Telecom/ISP domainBasic understanding of telecom standards & protocols
• Knowledge on Microsoft Office applications
• Coordination skills and taking the right approach logically
• Responsible for Delivery of services for international customers
• OLO – Delivery Management
• Supplier co-ordination for service delivery
• Ensures that all installation functions are performed in a timely fashion to meet agreed SLA’s.
• Perform escalation management, wherever necessary and in case project is in jeopardy.
• Customer communications and KCIs (Keep Customer Informed)
• Ensure customer-end service readiness
• End to end order management for smooth delivery
• Co-ordinating with suppliers and securing field resources for priority orders and follow escalation matrix
• Strong Verbal and written communications skills
