Cognizant Recruitment Drive – Detailed Syllabus

Cognizant hires freshers through its GenC hiring models. There are four main roles under the Cognizant recruitment program:

1. Cognizant GenC – Syllabus (Standard IT Role)

This is the general entry-level role offered to most freshers.

  2. Interview (Technical + HR)
