Wipro Interview Experience

Interview Experience 1

I applied for the Project Engineer position through the Wipro NLTH program. I learned about this drive from Unstop, and my online assessment was scheduled on 29th January. The recruitment process had three rounds and was completed over a span of more than four months.

Round 1: Online Assessment

The first stage was the online assessment.

It consisted of five sections, and we had around two hours to complete them.
The questions ranged from easy to moderate, but the time constraint was the most challenging part.
I prepared for this round using PrepInsta, which was very helpful since many questions were similar to those in the materials.

Section-wise details:

  • Quants: 16 questions in 16 minutes
  • Logical Reasoning: 14 questions in 14 minutes
  • Verbal Ability: 22 questions in 18 minutes
  • Coding: 2 questions in 60 minutes
  • Essay Writing: 1 essay in 20 minutes

It took around 1.5 months to get the results, and I was selected for the next round.

Round 2: Technical Interview

The technical interview was conducted on 18th March via Microsoft Teams.
The interview lasted for about 30 minutes.

The first part of the interview focused on my final year project, where I explained my role, challenges faced, and overall experience.
Next, the discussion moved to Database Management, covering topics like data, databases, and primary keys.
Finally, coding and programming questions were asked, such as preferred programming language, reasons for choosing it, and the platforms I use for coding.

Round 3: HR Interview

The final round was the HR interview, held on 4th May via Microsoft Teams.
The round lasted around 20 minutes.

Some of the questions asked were:

  • Introduce yourself.
  • How do you handle pressure? Provide a real-life example.
  • What is the difference between a confident person and an overconfident person?
  • Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
  • Are you willing to relocate?
  • Are you ready to sign the service agreement?

I received my final selection mail on 17th May.

Tips for Aspirants

For those applying to this drive, I recommend practicing and strengthening your basics, especially in logical reasoning and aptitude. Many candidates focus heavily on coding and end up struggling with these sections due to time constraints.

Interview Experience 2

I applied for the WIPRO NLTH exam through the Unstop platform. The selection process consisted of three rounds: Online Assessment, Technical Interview, and HR Interview.

I would like to thank PrepInsta, as their preparation materials helped me perform well in this round.

Round 2: Technical Interview
The second round was a technical interview, conducted in March on MS Teams, lasting approximately 25–30 minutes. Some of the questions asked were:

Interview Experience 3

WIPRO National Level Talent Hunt – Project Engineer

Wipro conducted their National Level Talent Hunt in January, hiring for the Project Engineer role with a package of 3.5 LPA. I applied for the drive through an online platform. I recommend using available online preparation materials, as they can be very helpful in clearing the exams.

The selection process had three rounds.

Round 1: Online Test
This round was conducted in January and consisted of five sections:

  • Quantitative Aptitude
  • Logical Reasoning
  • Verbal Ability
  • Coding

Coding Questions I got:

  1. Given L and R, find the sum of elements in an array between L and R.
  2. Find the alphabet with the largest digit sum repeatedly until the sum becomes two digits.

Essay Writing: Write a 200–300 word essay.

Round 2: Technical Interview

  • What difficulties did you face in achieving these ranks, and how did you overcome them?
  • Are you comfortable working in a team?
  • What are your hobbies?
  • Are you okay with night shifts?
  • Do you have any questions for me? (I asked about the service bonds for clarification)
