Concentrix interview experiences

Candidate Experience 1 — Name: Rohit Singh

How I applied: Walk-in drive via Naukri.com
Role: Customer Support (Voice Process)

I saw a walk-in post on Naukri and went to the Concentrix office with my resume. The first round was an online communication + grammar test. It included email writing, listening skills, and MCQs on English. Next was a voice assessment, where I had to read a paragraph and answer customer-scenario questions. The final was an HR round asking salary expectation, night shift availability, and reason for leaving previous job. The overall interview was smooth. They mostly checked communication and confidence rather than technical knowledge. I got selected and received my offer letter after 4 days.

Candidate Experience 2 — Name: Sneha Reddy

How I applied: Campus recruitment (college placement)
Role: Technical Support Associate

The first round was an online aptitude + computer basics test. It covered networking basics, OS (Windows/Linux), and troubleshooting questions. Then came a technical interview, where I was asked about my final-year project, basics of IP address, ping command, and how to fix Wi-Fi connection issues. Later, there was an HR round. They checked communication skills, flexibility for rotational shift, and relocation. I was selected because I could explain troubleshooting steps calmly and clearly.

Candidate Experience 3 — Name: Ajay Mehra

How I applied: Referral from a friend already working in Concentrix
Role: Associate – International Chat Support

I received the exam link through my friend’s referral. The first round was an online typing + chat simulation test. Typing speed requirement was 35+ WPM with good accuracy. After clearing that, there was a chat process test, where they gave customer queries and we had to reply professionally. Then came operations round where the interviewer checked multitasking, grammar, and customer-handling skills. The final round was HR, with questions about availability for night shift and salary. I got selected and training started after 3 weeks.

Candidate Experience 4 — Name: Priya Sharma

How I applied: Walk-in drive after seeing a Facebook job ad
Role: Banking Process Executive (Domestic)

The first step was document screening to check education details. Then an online aptitude + reasoning test (maths, logic, verbal). After that, there was a language assessment — English & Hindi fluency check, pronunciation, listening test. The next round was operations, where they asked scenario questions related to customer handling and banking queries. Finally HR asked expected CTC and joining availability. The interview environment was friendly, but they selected only candidates with very strong communication.

Candidate Experience 5 — Name: Manoj Patil

How I applied: Off-campus application on the official Concentrix careers website
Role: Technical Support – Non-Voice (Email Support)

The selection started with an online screening test containing English grammar, sentence correction, and comprehension. Next was an email-writing test where I had to reply to a customer complaint with proper format and tone. The technical round included questions on MS Outlook, OS troubleshooting, basic networking, ticketing tools, and ITIL basics. They also tested analytical thinking with scenarios like how to handle SLA breach. HR round was the final step — asked my career goals, willingness for overtime during peak season, and shift flexibility. I got selected after 2 days.
