1. Which Projects to Mention

When preparing for a Concentrix interview, choose projects that are:

  1. Relevant to the role you’re applying for:
    • Voice/Customer Support roles: Projects demonstrating communication, teamwork, or problem-solving. Example: organizing college events, handling customer queries in internships, volunteering experiences.
    • Non-voice/Back-office roles: Projects showing data handling, documentation, multitasking, or analytical skills. Example: report automation, data entry tools, database projects.
    • Technical/IT roles: Projects with programming, database, or software development. Example: a Python automation script, Java application, SQL-based project, or CRM tool development.
  2. Completed by you: Don’t mention projects that you didn’t actively participate in.

2. How to Present Projects in Concentrix Interview
