Concentrix recruitment generally includes 4 stages, though the exact process may vary depending on role, location, or client. The syllabus focuses on aptitude, communication, technical knowledge, and behavioral skills.


1. Online Application / Resume Shortlisting

  • Submit your resume online through Concentrix careers or via campus drive.
  • Ensure ATS-friendly resume: clear headings, role-specific keywords, and no graphics/tables.
  • Relevant experience, skills, or certifications improve chances of selection for the next round.

2. Assessment / Aptitude Round

Most Concentrix recruitment drives include an aptitude or pre-screening test. The syllabus depends on role type.

A. Voice Process (Customer Service / Call Center)

  • English Communication / Comprehension
    • Vocabulary, grammar, sentence correction
    • Reading comprehension passages
    • Synonyms/antonyms, error spotting
  • Reasoning Ability
    • Logical puzzles, coding-decoding, blood relations
    • Series, sequences, analogies
  • Basic Numeracy

  • Logical & Analytical Reasoning

  • Numerical Ability
    • Basic arithmetic, percentages, ratio, averages, interest calculations

C. Technical / IT / Support Roles

  • Basic Computer Fundamentals

    • Functions, arrays, loops, string manipulations
  • SQL / Database
    • DDL/DML commands, joins, normalization, ACID properties

    • Role-specific knowledge (support systems, CRM tools, troubleshooting scenarios)
  • Scenario/Behavioral Questions:

4. HR / Final Round

  • Duration: 15–30 minutes
  • Focus Areas:
    • Self-introduction and background
    • Strengths, weaknesses, career goals
    • Shift flexibility and relocation
    • Teamwork, adaptability, and motivation
  • Common HR Questions:
    • Why Concentrix?
    • Are you comfortable with rotational shifts or night shifts?
    • How do you handle pressure or conflict?

Tip: Be confident, polite, honest, and positive. HR evaluates personality, attitude, and cultural fit.


5. Additional Round (Optional)
